Ophelia

Ophelia is the first friendly person Eddie meets in the game, as well as the first female. This obviously sets her as the love interset of the game. She attacks using twin blades that her parents gave her before the Black Tear Rebelion.

Throughout the game she is seen as the black sheep of the group. More outcasted because of her ties to tear drinkers (i.e. her parents)

After the mission "It's Raining Death" Ophelia is left behind as no one could hold any trust in her as she kept secrets from everyone.

This led her to go to the Sea of Black Tears and throw herself in. It is there that she become the leader of the Drowning Doom faction. In this form she uses the black water itself to attack her enemies. She also learned to play the guitar and drive from this experience. The Drowned version is looked to be a well, drowning victim with blue skin and yellow tinted eyes. She was more somber and hounded Eddie until her death at the hands of Doviculous.

Eddie brought her back by saving her from the Sea. Now she sits at the Iron Cross Monument waiting for Eddie to stop by so they can continue where they left off from last time.
